By using our OTP Sharing service for your test accounts, you agree to these terms.
Our service provides one-time passwords (OTPs) for authentication purposes to demo or test accounts only. This service is not intended for use with accounts containing sensitive or personal data. You agree to use this service responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Studio Init, LLC is not responsible for any misuse of this service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and any OTPs generated. Do not share your OTPs with others. Any misuse or unauthorized sharing of your OTPs will be your responsibility.
We offer a free trial that allows users to generate and share OTPs with 5-minute expiration tokens. This trial is intended for evaluation purposes only.
Users can choose between quarterly ($15) and annual ($49) subscriptions. Both plans unlock unlimited OTP sharing for the duration of the subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled.
Payments for subscriptions are processed securely. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds are provided for unused time.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
We strive to ensure the reliability and security of our service. However, Studio Init, LLC is not liable for any data loss, delays, or interruptions in service. This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Studio Init, LLC is not responsible for any misuse of this service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
